Order Cancellation Policy –
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Non-Cancellable Orders –
Orders that are:
Already dispatched
Custom-made or personalized
Purchased during special clearance or festive sale
are not eligible for cancellation.
Return Policy –
Due to the sacred and personal nature of Bhagwan Poshak and Shringar items, we generally do not accept returns unless:
The product received is damaged
The product received is incorrect
The item is defective
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and order details.
Refund Eligibility –
Refunds will be initiated only if:
The issue is verified by our support team
The claim is raised within the specified timeframe
The product is unused and in original packaging (if return is required)
Refund Processing Time –
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), bank details may be requested for refund processing.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
Non-Refundable Situations –
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
Minor color variation due to photography or screen settings
Delay caused by courier partners
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Change of mind after dispatch
