Size and fit can vary by deity and style. Pproduct size guide are mentioned on the product page, please follow those. If you are unsure, share the deity name and approximate idol height with us on support@pujanarchan.com—we’ll guide you.
We maintain accurate product photos, but minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted detailing. Such slight differences are natural and not considered defects.
Yes. Our collections are ideal for festivals and special puja days. During peak festive seasons, we recommend ordering early to avoid courier delays.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery typically takes:

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. During festive periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
After dispatch, we share tracking details via email/SMS (where applicable). You can also contact support with your Order ID for tracking assistance.
Please contact us immediately after placing the order. If the order is already dispatched, corrections may not be possible and re-shipping charges may apply.
Payments & COD
Yes. COD is available for orders above ₹399. A ₹40 COD handling charge applies.
Prepaid orders are available above ₹249.
Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Yes. You get an extra 5% discount on prepaid payments (where applicable as per offers).
Offers & Discounts
Offers are applied based on your cart value and eligibility. You can view the final discount at checkout before payment.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
You can request cancellation within 12 hours, only if the order has not been processed/dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not accepted.
Due to the sacred and personal nature of devotional items, returns are generally not accepted unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your Order ID. After verification, we will guide you with the best resolution.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to the original payment method (bank timelines may vary).
